Cancellation Policy

At Concierge Wellness & Aesthetics, appointment times are reserved specifically for each patient to ensure personalized, unrushed care. We kindly ask for advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Concierge Medicine Appointments
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of office visits. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient in need of care.

Aesthetic Appointments & Procedures
Due to the time and resources reserved for aesthetic treatments, we require 24–48 hours’ notice, depending on the service scheduled. Specific instructions may be provided at the time of booking.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments canceled with less than the required notice, or missed without notice, may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated missed appointments may require a deposit to secure future bookings.

How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call our office directly at 702-463-8080 during business hours. If you receive SMS appointment reminders, you may also follow the instructions provided in the message. Standard message and data rates may apply.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise and will review extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
