Ashley is a UNLV Psychology graduate with a genuine passion for understanding people and creating meaningful, positive experiences for every patient who walks through our doors. With over 10 years of customer service experience and specialized certification in Healthcare Administration, she brings both warmth and professionalism to her role.

Her background includes three years in a medical care setting and two years supporting patients with Traumatic Brain Injury, where she developed strong skills in communication, empathy, and patient-centered coordination. Ashley excels at managing front desk operations, ensuring smooth scheduling, clear communication, and a welcoming environment for all clients.

Driven, attentive, and committed to helping others feel cared for, Ashley plays an essential role in maintaining the high-quality service and hospitality our practice is known for.

With over 18 years of dedicated experience working alongside Dr. Choi, Laura brings a strong foundation in clinical support with an unwavering commitment to patient safety, comfort, and high-quality care. She is a highly skilled in phlebotomy, IV therapy administration, and managing daily clinical operations with efficiency and precision.

Throughout Laura's career, she has developed a patient-centered approach, ensuring that each individual feels at ease, informed, and cared for during their visit. Her attention to detail, gentle technique, and ability to anticipate patient needs help create a smooth and positive clinical experience.

Laura takes pride in maintaining a professional, welcoming, and reassuring environment, while consistently supporting the medical team in delivering exceptional standards of care.

Cindy Choi is the dedicated Office Manager at Concierge Wellness Center, serving as the backbone for seamless operations. She expertly manages all administrative tasks, including office logistics, patient billing, staff coordination, and external vendor communications. Her dedication to organizational excellence ensures a professional, smooth, and welcoming experience for every patient and team member.

Daniela is a medical assistant with an aesthetics background. She is able to deliver smooth clinical operations and a welcoming environment for all patients where our focus is providing patient-centered care; administering injections and bedside assistance.

Outside of work, Daniela enjoys exploring new coffee shops and playing country love songs.

Christine brings nearly 10 years of hands-on experience to patient care. Universally trained in both administrative and back-office roles, she performs a variety of clinical duties including blood draws, injections, infusions, EKGs, and general patient support. Her adaptability, empathy, and thoroughness make her a reliable and trusted member of the care team.

Christine’s passion for healthcare began in high school, where she completed a Sports Medicine program at a career technical academy. She continues to grow in her profession and is currently studying nursing to further expand her clinical expertise.

When she’s not in the clinic, Christine loves riding motorcycles, drawing and painting, and spending time outdoors hiking or camping in the mountains. She enjoys adventuring with friends and family and values connection, ambition, efficiency, and living life with purpose.

With over five years of experience, Daizy provides comprehensive clinical and administrative support to ensure smooth, patient-centered care. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she assists patients and providers by managing calls, supporting front desk operations, taking vitals, performing EKGs, administering injections, conducting wound care, and serving as a medical scribe.

Her expertise includes patient preparation, diagnostic testing, medication administration, wound care, scheduling, billing, and maintaining accurate documentation. Daizy is known for strong communication, adaptability, time management, and attention to detail. She is also continuing her education in nursing to expand her clinical skills.

Outside of work, Daizy enjoys spending time with her family, snowboarding, hiking, drawing, coloring, and playing badminton.
